Wyntercon VI

This is our end of year fundraising showcase. Managed by Wyntercon CIO, its purpose is to raise funds for, and awareness of, our activities and workshops that run throughout the year with support from our partners and sponsors. Regarded as one of the biggest family-friendly events on the south coast, it has fast become part of the local calendar.

" It doesn't matter what world you come from, you're welcome in ours. "

The event attracts thousands of people- families, cosplayers and traders. Not forgetting fantastic entertainers, actors, authors and even dinosaurs! No one's been eaten… yet, but one thing for certain you’ll find at Wyntercon is a bold and brilliant community from different backgrounds all under one roof.

Often thought of as a specialist secret of Hollywood directors, ChromaKey or blue/green screen is easily within the ability of any photographer who wants to be creative with backgrounds. We have teamed up with Blue Dawg Entertainment's to provide this fun and creative experience for Wyntercon attendees.

Watermill Wolves

These incredible animals have been used for various Game of Thrones promotion videos as well as for shows such as Vikings & Penny Dreadful. We are working closely with the team to make sure you can get up close and take part in a personal meet and greet with them!

This year we are delighted to welcome ‘Time Capsule Education’ to Wyntercon VI. With twenty years of teaching under their belts, their philosophy is to inspire young writers with the power of play! By allowing them to recreate real experiences and engaging tasks, they light a fire in young minds fuelling the forge of the imagination!
